According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country and the”Protocol of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Republic of Albania on the inspection and quarantine requirements of the Republic of Albania for dairy products exported to China” , Permits the import of Albanian dairy products that have been produced since the date of this announcement and meet the inspection and quarantine requirements. The inspection and quarantine requirements for imported Albanian dairy products are now announced (see attachment).

Imported Albanian dairy products inspection and quarantine requirements
1. Inspection and quarantine basis

2. Imported products are allowed
Albanian dairy exports to China refer to milk and dairy products processed from heat-treated milk, sheep’s milk and goat’s milk as the main raw materials, including pasteurization Milk, sterilized milk, modified milk, fermented milk, cheese and processed cheese, cream, butter, anhydrous cream, condensed milk, milk powder, whey powder, whey protein powder, bovine colostrum powder, casein, milk Mineral salt, milk-based infant formula and its premix (or base powder), etc.
3. Requirements for production facilities
Albanian dairy production enterprises that export to China shall comply with the relevant animal health and public health requirements of China and Albania, and shall be approved or registered by the Albanian authorities and registered in China.
IV. Animal quarantine requirements
Dairy animals that provide raw milk for dairy products exported to China must meet the following conditions:
(1) At least one month before the collection of raw milk, there is no case or suspected case of foot-and-mouth disease on the farm.
(2) When raw milk was collected, no clinical symptoms of anthrax were found on the farm.
(3) The farm is free of bovine tuberculosis, paratuberculosis, rinderpest, Rift Valley fever, petit ruminant disease, sheep smallpox, and infectious bovine pleuropneumonia.
(4) The farm is under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Republic of Albania.
(5) The farm and its surrounding areas are not subject to quarantine restrictions due to animal diseases in accordance with the OIE Terrestrial Animal Health Code and the domestic animal health regulations.
5. Quarantine approval requirements
Imported Albanian pasteurized milk and modified milk produced by pasteurization process should go through quarantine approval in advance and obtain the”People’s Republic of China Entry Animal and Plant Quarantine Permit” certificate”.
6. Certificate requirements
Albanian dairy products exported to China should be accompanied by a health certificate issued by the Albanian government.
VII. Food safety requirements
Albanian dairy products exported to China should comply with Chinese laws and regulations and China’s national food safety standards.
8. Packaging and labeling requirements
Albanian dairy products exported to China must be packaged in brand-new materials that meet the relevant Chinese standards. The outer packaging must be marked in Chinese and English with specifications and origin (specific to the state/province/city) ), destination, product name, weight, manufacturer name, registration number, production batch number, storage conditions, production date and shelf life.
The inner packaging must comply with relevant Chinese regulations, and the label should indicate the country of origin, product name, company registration number, manufacturer’s name, address and contact information, production date and Shelf life, production batch number.
9. Storage and transportation requirements
The whole process of storage and transportation of Albanian dairy products exported to China should comply with hygienic conditions to prevent contamination by toxic and harmful substances. After the goods are loaded into the container, a seal shall be applied, and the seal number shall be indicated in the sanitary certificate. Do not open or replace the packaging during transportation.
Albanian dairy products exported to China should come from manufacturing enterprises that have obtained Chinese registration. The list of registered Albanian dairy companies exporting to China can be found on the website of the General Administration of Customs.
