(People’s Daily) According to the Vietnam Fruit and Vegetable Association, the export volume of Vietnam’s fruit and vegetables in the first three months of 2021 increased by 11.3%year-on-year, and the export volume reached approximately US$928 million.
According to preliminary statistics from the General Administration of Customs, in March, Vietnam’s export of fruits and vegetables reached US$364 million, a month-on-month increase of 37.4%and a year-on-year increase of 19.3%.
China continues to be the largest export market for Vietnam’s fruits and vegetables. In the first two months of this year, Vietnam’s exports of fruits and vegetables to China reached US$353 million, an increase of 18%year-on-year. Followed by markets such as the United States, Australia, Malaysia, and Russia. However, markets such as Thailand, South Korea, Japan, and the Netherlands all fell. (End)
