  In accordance with the”Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China” and other laws and regulations, as well as the city’s food safety supervision and sampling plan and corresponding sampling inspection rules, our bureau organized sampling inspections of condiments, beverages, edible agricultural products, cans, fruit products, and others Food (water-fat products, cold chain ready-to-eat food, other cooked meat products, bulk homemade wine, industrialized bean sprouts) 281 batches of samples of 6 types of food. According to the national food safety standards and relevant national regulations, there are 276 batches of qualified samples and 5 batches of unqualified samples (see the attachment for sampling information).
  一. Overall situation
   36 batches of condiments, all qualified; 27 batches of beverages, all qualified; 110 batches of edible agricultural products, including 108 batches of qualified samples and 2 batches of unqualified samples; 42 batches of canned food, including 41 batches of qualified samples 1 batch of unqualified samples; 36 batches of fruit products, including 35 batches of qualified samples and 1 batch of unqualified samples; other foods (water-fat products, cold chain ready-to-eat foods, other cooked meat products, bulk homemade wine, Industrialized bean sprouts) 30 batches, including 29 batches of qualified samples and 1 batch of unqualified samples.
  二. The situation of unqualified samples
  1. The crock octopus produced by Xue Shifu Food Co., Ltd., Yongnian District, Handan City, and operated by the first branch of Beijing Zhenjiang Hongri Trading Co., Ltd. The sodium saccharin (calculated as saccharin) does not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is the National Non-staple Food Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.
  2. The leeks operated by Xikou Ramen Restaurant in Beijing, Procymidone does not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is the Comprehensive Inspection Center of the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine.
  3. The three-year Laojiao liquor produced by the nominal Liaoning Guandongquan Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. and operated by the Beijing Tanxiangju General Store has been tested by the Beijing Food Safety Monitoring and Risk Assessment Center (Beijing Food Inspection Institute) and found that it is sweet Vegetarian (calculated as cyclohexyl sulfamic acid) does not meet the national food safety standards. Liaoning Guandongquan Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. raised objections to the authenticity of the samples. After verification by the local market supervision department, the unqualified samples were determined not to be products of Liaoning Guandongquan Liquor Industry Co., Ltd.
  4. The nitrofurazone metabolites of the small river prawns operated by Beijing Liangdongsheng Food Store do not meet the relevant national regulations. The inspection agency is the Comprehensive Inspection Center of the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine.
  5. The sulfur dioxide residues of dried apricots operated by Beijing Xinlongyuan Trading Co., Ltd. do not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is the Comprehensive Inspection Center of the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine.
   3. In response to unqualified foods found in food safety supervision and random inspections, relevant food producers and operators have taken measures to control risks in accordance with the law. Our bureau has requested the local market supervision department to investigate and deal with it in accordance with the law, and those involved in other cities have been notified to the local market supervision department.
