A large number of substandard meat products seized in a province in Vietnam

Food Partner Network News According to the official information of the General Administration of Market Supervision, on March 9, 2021, the Market Supervision Bureau of Bac Giang Province and Liangshan Province, Vietnam, and the police jointly enforced the law and inspected two suspicious vehicles and found many Substandard meat food products.

It is reported that the license plates of the two large trucks are 89C-172.44 and 98C-153.96. After inspection, law enforcement agencies collected from the above two vehicles the pork that had been deteriorating (mouldy and smelly) packed in foam boxes, and a total of 3.3 tons of unqualified pork were collected.

At present, all relevant illegal goods have been confiscated, and the case is still under further investigation.
