Extra-range addition of lemon yellow plum fish series case
During the double festival market, Daishan County’s market supervision department conducted sampling inspections of small yellow croaker, plum fish, and jade bald fish sold in the aquatic product stalls of the Gaoting Central Vegetable Farm, and a total of samples were taken 7 copies were submitted for inspection. On January 25, 2021, Jintang Market Supervision Department inspected a noodle restaurant in Jintang, Zhoushan City in accordance with the law. The parties did not clearly mark the price in accordance with the regulations, suspected of violating the provisions of the”Price Law of the People’s Republic of China”, which is an illegal act, and the parties have been investigated.
Take-out fruit consumption fraud series cases
Some consumers reported through forums that the fruits purchased through”Meituan” take-out had two phenomena, and some netizens expressed that they had also encountered it. After receiving the situation, the Putuo market supervision department immediately conducted special inspections on consumption fraud at the fruit shops (supermarkets) that support the delivery of”Meituan” and”Eleme” in their jurisdiction.
