   Recently, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized random inspections of condiments, beverages, alcohol, starch and starch products, soy products, bee products, catering food, food 751 batches of samples of 9 types of foods of agricultural products and edible oils, fats and their products. In accordance with the national food safety standards for inspection and determination, 737 batches of qualified samples and 14 batches of unqualified samples for sampling inspection items (see attachment). Unqualified foods involve pesticide and veterinary drug residues, microbial contamination, quality indicators, heavy metals and other elemental pollutants, as well as over-range and over-limit use of food additives and other indicators:

  1. Residues of pesticides and veterinary drugs

   (1) 6-benzyl adenine (6-BA) of soybean sprouts sold in Sijilvguo Supermarket in Korla does not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Puyan (Shanghai) Standard Technical Service Co., Ltd.

   (2) Soybean sprouts sold at the Loulou Fresh Guangyu Store in Wusu City, 6-benzyl adenine (6-BA) does not meet food safety countries standard regulation. The inspection agency is Puyan (Shanghai) Standard Technical Service Co., Ltd.

   (3) Black-bone chicken, enrofloxacin and trimethoprim sold by Altay Haoyike Supermarket Co., Ltd. do not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.

   (4) Enrofloxacin does not meet the national food safety standards for pigeons sold at Wang Maoqin Aquatic Products Store in Altay City. The inspection agency is the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.

   Two, over-range, over-limit use of food additives

   (1) Brewed vinegar (seasoning) sold at Jiyuanxiang Store in Dongcheng Town, Mulei County, and produced by Feng’s Vinegar Sauce Factory in Dongcheng Town, Mulei County. Products), benzoic acid and its sodium salt (calculated as benzoic acid) do not meet the requirements of national food safety standards. The inspection agency is the Guizhou Testing Technology Research and Application Center.

   (2) Potato flour from Hongyuanxiang Food Factory, Yongxin Village, Yongfeng Town, Urumqi County, sold at Xiaoxi Seasoning Store in Tuokexun County, aluminum The residual amount (dry sample, calculated as Al) does not meet the requirements of national food safety standards.    (3) Kuitun Aijia Supermarket Co., Ltd., sold by Kuitun Aijia Supermarket Co., Ltd., and nominally Ma’anshan Huangchi Fengweiyuan Food Co., Ltd.’s sorrel, sorbic acid and its potassium salt (Calculated as sorbic acid) does not meet the requirements of national food safety standards.   3. Microbial contamination

   (1) Brewed vinegar (seasoning) sold at Jiyuanxiang Store in Dongcheng Town, Mulei County, and produced by Feng’s Vinegar Sauce Factory in Dongcheng Town, Mulei County.   4. Elemental pollutants such as heavy metals

   The lead (in Pb) of cumin powder used in the Xiaoxiaoyang Noodle Shop, Midong District, Urumqi City, does not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Huayan Testing Group Co., Ltd.

  5. Quality indicators

   (1) Ouwula pears sold by Xiangjin Foods Store in Karamay District and produced by Yili Xiangyun Brewing Co., Ltd. are vinegar brewed with total acidity (in Acetic acid) does not meet the requirements of national food safety standards. The inspection agency is the Guizhou Testing Technology Research and Application Center.

   (2) The peroxide value of safflower seed oil produced by Xinjiang Fule Trading Co., Ltd. does not meet the requirements of national food safety standards. The inspection agency is the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.

   (3) The peroxide value of cottonseed oil produced by the Shache County Wanzhongzhichun Oil Press Plant does not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.

   (4) The oil used in the frying process of the overbearing beef hot pot restaurant in Korla, the polar component does not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.

   (5) Banjiangjun Daqu liquor produced by Hami Jinxing Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. sold by Linlin Commercial Bank, Jianguo North Road, Hami City, was produced by Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region The Institute of Quality Supervision and Inspection found that the alcohol content did not meet the requirements of the national food safety standards. Hami City Jinxing Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. raised objections to the results of the alcohol test and applied for re-inspection; after re-inspection by the Institute of Agricultural Quality Standards and Testing Technology, Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the initial inspection conclusion was maintained.
