Vietnam’s Cot Chi Khang illegal health food was investigated

Food Partner Network News According to the official information of the Vietnam Food Safety Agency:Recently, Cot Chi Khang, which is advertised on certain websites, protects joint health foods. The advertisements contain information that is not real and are designed to deceive Consumers’ content, specifically, their promotional products have drug-like therapeutic effects and use images of medical staff, which violates the relevant provisions of the Advertising Law.

The investigation revealed that the health care product was produced by Duoc My Pham Nam Duong Co., Ltd., located at No. 22 Linh Lang Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam. During the investigation, the company denied that the above-mentioned health food advertisement was published by the company.

A few days ago, the Food Safety Bureau is handling this case jointly with relevant agencies. In order to ensure the health of consumers, the Ministry of Health of Vietnam and the Department of Health and Safety issued a warning on this incident:Consumers should not purchase health food online.
