Food Partner Network News On February 9, the Thai Government Gazette published Announcement No. 421″Edible Fats” and Announcement No. 422″Fish Oil” of the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand. The above announcements will take effect on the day of publication in the Government Gazette. The above announcements re-defined the definition, classification, production process, product quality or standards of Thai edible fats and fish oils, and the percentage of fatty acids in fats and oils detected by gas liquid chromatography (GLC).
