   Nitrofurazone is a broad-spectrum antibiotic of the nitrofuran class, which has been widely used in livestock, poultry and aquaculture. The”List of Drugs and Other Compounds Prohibited in Food Animals” (Announcement No. 250 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs) stipulates that nitrofurazone must not be detected in animal food. The reason for the detection of nitrofurazone metabolites in river shrimp may be that farmers used relevant veterinary drugs illegally during the breeding process.
   Procymidone is a low-toxic systemic fungicide with dual functions of protection and treatment. Mainly used for the control of vegetable gray mold. According to the National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Foods (GB 2763-2019), the limit value of procymidone residues in leeks shall not exceed 0.2 mg/kg. Procymidone is irritating to eyes and skin.

  The solvent in the solvent residue refers to the solvent used in the production of vegetable oil in the leaching process. It is generally”No. 6 solvent” in China.
