   Recently, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling, extracting starch and starch products, edible oil and grease and their products, catering food, edible agricultural products, roasted food and nut products, fruit products, quick-frozen food, cold drinks 97 batches of samples of 17 categories of food including food, dairy products, convenience foods, vegetable products, condiments, beverages, food additives, aquatic products, wines, pastries, etc., among which 7 batches of unqualified samples were detected. The main problems are the excessive use of food additives, organic pollution, and excessive pesticide and veterinary drug residues.
   Regarding the unqualified food found in the random inspection, the Market Supervision Administration of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has requested the Market Supervision Administration of the League City to order the production and operation enterprises to recall and remove the unqualified products, control risks, analyze the reasons, trace the source of production, and be serious Rectify, and investigate and deal with according to law. The verification and disposal situation shall be reported to the Market Supervision Administration of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and announced to the public before March 29, 2021.
   The detailed situation of the unqualified foods in the supervision and sampling inspection is now notified as follows:
   1. The problem of excessive use of food additives
   (1) The Kaiyilai vermicelli produced by Baotou Dingchuan Trading Co., Ltd. (production date 2020-11-21) sold by Baotou Yongshengcheng Department Store Co., Ltd. Shenhua Store (production date 2020-11-21), aluminum residue (dry sample, Calculated by Al) does not meet the requirements of national food safety standards. The inspection agency is the Food Inspection and Testing Center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
   (2) Kaiyilai vermicelli produced by Baotou Dingchuan Trading Co., Ltd. (production date 2020-11-22) sold by Shenhua Store of Baotou Yongshengcheng Department Store Co., Ltd., aluminum residue (dry sample, Calculated by Al) does not meet the requirements of national food safety standards. The inspection agency is the Food Inspection and Testing Center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
   (3) Hengxin vermicelli (fine) sold by Inner Mongolia Wangfujing Shouhang Supermarket Co., Ltd. and produced by Hengxin Food Processing Shop in Kundulun District. Residual amount of aluminum (dry sample, calculated as Al) does not meet food Safety national standard regulations. The inspection agency is the Food Inspection and Testing Center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
   (4) The vermicelli (500g/bag) produced by the Linzan vermicelli processing plant sold by Hongda Chain Supermarket in Dengkou County, the aluminum residue (dry sample, calculated as Al) does not meet the national food safety standards . The inspection agency is the Food Inspection and Testing Center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
  Second, the problem of excessive pesticide and veterinary drug residues
   Ofloxacin, sold by Daxue Road Branch of Inner Mongolia Weilehui Supermarket Co., Ltd., produced by Nongjia Farm in Tumote Zuoqi, does not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Product Quality Inspection Institute.
  3. The problem of organic pollution
  The bone dish and anionic synthetic detergent used by Hohhot Guoyiyuan Catering Co., Ltd. (calculated as sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate) do not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is the Food Inspection and Testing Center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
  4. The problem of adding prohibited substances
   Soybean sprouts, 6-benzyl adenine (6-BA) produced by Tangjing bean sprouts processing room, Lufeng Food Processing Park, Jining District, sold by Moore City Supermarket Branch of Ulan Chabu Victory Supermarket Co., Ltd Does not meet the requirements of national food safety standards.
