  According to the”Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China” and its”Implementation Regulations” and other provisions, the relevant information of our bureau’s recent implementation of the city’s food safety supervision and random inspection is now announced as follows:
   The food safety supervision and sampling information announced this time involves 25 categories of food, including vegetable products, tea and related products, wine, starch and starch products, canned food, edible oils and fats and their products, soy products, processed food products , Meat products, convenience foods, pastries, quick-frozen foods, beverages, food additives, condiments, potatoes and puffed foods, edible agricultural products, confectionery products, fruit products, bee products, frozen drinks, biscuits, egg products, aquatic products, salt , A total of 136 batches were sampled, of which 131 batches were qualified and 5 batches were unqualified. The disqualification rate was 3.68%. Please refer to the attachment for sample information.
   The Fuzhou City Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has requested the local market supervision and management department to investigate and dispose of unqualified food producers and operators, investigate and deal with violations of laws and regulations in accordance with the law, and urge food producers and operators to perform legal obligations to prevent and control food safety risks.
  Little knowledge of unqualified items

  一. Dimethoate
  Omethoate is an organophosphorus insecticide with strong systemic, contact killing and stomach toxicity. It is mainly used to control sucking mouthparts and plant mites. A small amount of pesticide residues will not cause acute human poisoning, but long-term consumption of foods with excessive pesticide residues will have a certain impact on human health. The”National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Foods” (GB 2763-2019) stipulates that the maximum residue limits of omethoate in legumes, melons and solanaceous vegetables are 0.02mg/kg.
  二. Chlorpyrifos
  Chlorpyrifos is an organophosphorus pesticide with contact, stomach toxicity and fumigation effects. Chlorpyrifos is highly toxic to fish and aquatic organisms, and has a longer residual period in the soil. Long-term exposure to the environment containing chlorpyrifos may cause neurotoxicity, reproductive toxicity, and affect the growth and development of embryos. A small amount of pesticide residues will not cause acute human poisoning, but long-term consumption of foods with excessive pesticide residues will have a certain impact on human health. The”National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limit of Pesticides in Food” (GB 2763-2019) stipulates that the maximum residue limit of chlorpyrifos in ordinary cabbage is 0.1 mg/kg.
  三. Fipronil
   Fipronil is a phenylpyrazole insecticide with a broad insecticidal spectrum. It is mainly gastric toxic to pests, and has both contact and certain systemic effects. A small amount of fipronil residue will not cause acute human poisoning, but long-term consumption of foods with excess fipronil residues will have a certain impact on human health. According to the National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Foods (GB 2763-2019), the maximum residue limit of fipronil in leafy vegetables is 0.02 mg/kg.
  four, ethyl maltol
  Ethyl maltol is a kind of food spice, which has a significant effect on improving and enhancing the flavor of food, sweetening sweets, and prolonging the storage period of food. Excessive consumption has a certain impact on health, and severe symptoms can cause headache, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms.”National Food Safety Standard Food Additives Use Standard” (GB 2760-2014) stipulates that food flavors and fragrances shall not be added to edible oils, fats and their products.
  5. Chloramphenicol
  Chloramphenicol is a kind of bactericide and a high-efficiency broad-spectrum antibiotic. It has a good inhibitory effect on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Long-term consumption of food with excessive chloramphenicol residues may cause intestinal flora imbalance, leading to health hazards such as digestive disorders. The”List of Drugs and Compounds Prohibited in Food Animals” (Announcement No. 250 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs) stipulates that chloramphenicol is a prohibited drug and cannot be detected in animal food sea mussels.
