   In order to strengthen Shenzhen’s food safety supervision, effectively prevent and control systemic, regional and industrial food safety risks, and further improve the people’s sense of gain, happiness and A sense of security, the Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Administration has innovatively optimized and reformed the food sampling inspection system, highlighted the problem orientation, followed the principle of avoiding repetition and comprehensive coverage, ensuring that the cost of random inspection and monitoring is practical, and maximizing the benefits of testing. Based on this work objective, the Bureau conducts food daily supervision and sampling, evaluative sampling, special sampling, law enforcement sampling, risk monitoring, and other methods. For specific food sampling types, see Annex 1. The recent random inspections are reported as follows:

   One. Overall situation

   A total of 1,399 batches of food were notified in this report, involving 631 business entities, a total of 5052 food indicators were tested, and 7 batches of unqualified samples were found. The unqualified food category involved 1 batch of starch and starch products, 1 batch of edible agricultural products, and 5 batches of vegetable products; the unqualified item category involved food additives, pesticide residues, and quality indicators.

  Second, various types of food situation

  1. A total of 3 batches of health food were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  2. A total of 68 batches of catering food were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  3. A total of 5 batches of tea and related products were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  4. A total of 6 batches of roasted food and nut products were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

   5. A total of 21 batches of starch and starch products were sampled, and 1 batch of unqualified samples was detected. The unqualified item was the residual amount of aluminum.

  6. A total of 9 batches of soy products were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  7. A total of 4 batches of convenience food were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  8. A total of 5 batches of bee products were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  9. A total of 10 batches of cans were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  10. A total of 27 batches of alcohol were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  11. A total of 6 batches of cocoa and roasted coffee products were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  12. A total of 7 batches of frozen drinks were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  13. A total of 838 batches of processed grain products were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  14. A total of 22 batches of other foods were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  15. A total of 26 batches of meat products were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  16. A total of 49 batches of dairy products were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  17. A total of 19 batches of food additives were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  18. A total of 10 batches of sugar were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  19. A total of 11 batches of salt were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  20. A total of 25 batches of edible agricultural products were sampled, and 1 batch of unqualified samples was detected. The unqualified item was the residue of enrofloxacin.

  21. A total of 74 batches of edible oil, grease and their products were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  22. A total of 36 batches of vegetable products were sampled, and 5 batches of unqualified samples were detected. The unqualified item was moisture.

  23. A total of 1 batch of potato and puffed food was sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  24. A total of 16 batches of aquatic products were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  25. A total of 3 batches of fruit products were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  26. A total of 20 batches of quick-frozen food were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  27. A total of 8 batches of confectionery products were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  28. A total of 65 batches of condiments were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

  29. A total of 5 batches of beverages were sampled, and no unqualified samples were detected.

   3. Disposal of substandard products

   For the unqualified products in this sampling inspection, our bureau requires the market supervision departments of all jurisdictions to promptly investigate and deal with the unqualified products and their producers and operators, and investigate and deal with them according to law.    Fourth, food safety consumption tips

   Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau reminds you to buy food in supermarkets or vegetable markets during the epidemic, especially when buying imported frozen meat products and frozen aquatic products. Personal protection should be done to avoid direct contact with animals or frozen products. If contact is required, gloves can be worn. Wash hands immediately after contact, and avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth. The cooking process of frozen food should be kept clean, use safe water and raw materials, separate raw and cooked, cooked and cooked thoroughly, and keep the food at a safe temperature.

   Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau reminds you to pay attention when buying, storing food and eating:

   (1) Choose to buy food or food ingredients with normal senses, especially to observe whether it is fresh, whether it is within the shelf life, whether the packaging is intact, whether there are bulges (increase When buying cooked food or food that needs to be refrigerated, pay attention to the storage and transportation conditions that meet the product labeling requirements.

   (2) After purchase, store according to product storage conditions. When using refrigerators, freezers and other refrigerated foods, store raw and cooked separately in containers or wrap them in plastic wrap The cooked food and leftovers should be stored properly after being cooked and cooked overnight. The cooked food and leftovers should be properly preserved. Before eating again, make sure that the food has not deteriorated, and eat it after heating it thoroughly. It is not advisable to purchase too much food at one time to avoid storage Improper way, too long storage time, etc. cause food to expire or spoil.

   (3) The food preparation process should pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene, and make sure that the ingredients are fresh and not spoiled before making; the ingredients should be washed and the knives, cutting boards and tableware should be raw Cook separately; heating and cooking should be done until cooked and cooked thoroughly; cold dishes should be cooked and eaten right away, and some raw garlic or vinegar can be added for sterilization.

   (4) When choosing dishes when cooking at home or eating out, avoid high-oil, high-salt or high-sugar foods, and cultivate a light diet habit. When cooking, you can use a quantitative salt spoon to control the amount of salt, and use less oil as much as possible.
