   In the supervision and random inspection at the same level by the General Administration of Market Supervision in 2020, three batches of food in our province were found to be unqualified. They were crispy seaweed sandwiches operated by Weifang Weijia Alliance Trading Co., Ltd. The sample number was GC20000000650832870; The sample number of apricot strips operated by food supermarkets is GC20000000002534146; the sample number of pig hind legs operated by Zhenlin Non-staple Food Shopping Center in Houji Town, Cao County is GC20000000440336435. The risk control status of the 3 batches of unqualified food is announced as follows:
  1. The seaweed sandwiched by Weifang Weijia Alliance Trading Co., Ltd. is crispy
   (1) Basic situation of random inspection. On October 29, 2020, Chongqing Institute of Metrology and Quality Inspection conducted a random inspection on the seaweed sandwich crispness operated by Weifang Weijia Alliance Trading Co., Ltd. After sampling inspection, the total number of fragile colonies in this batch of seaweed sandwich did not meet the requirements of GB 19643-2016″National Food Safety Standard Algae and Its Products”, and the inspection conclusion was unqualified.
   (2) Sales status. On December 4, 2020, law enforcement officers of the Weifang Municipal Market Supervision Administration delivered the”Inspection Report” and other documents to the company and conducted on-site inspections in accordance with the law. After inspection, a total of 80 bags of this batch of seaweed sandwich crisps were purchased, and all of them have been sold. On-site inspection did not find that this batch of seaweed sandwich crisps.
   (3) Product control status. The Weifang Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau required Weifang Weijia Alliance Trading Co., Ltd. to immediately issue a recall statement for unqualified foods and recall 2 bags of unqualified seaweed sandwich crisps.
  2. Apricot strips operated by Yuanhang Food Supermarket in Leling City
   (1) Basic situation of random inspection. On November 23, 2020, Shanghai Institute of Quality Supervision and Inspection Technology conducted a random inspection of apricot strips operated by Yuanhang Food Supermarket in Leling City. After sampling inspection, the sulfur dioxide residue items of this batch of apricot sticks did not meet the requirements of GB 2760-2014″National Food Safety Standard Food Additives Use Standard”, and the inspection conclusion was unqualified.
   (2) Sales status. On December 1, 2020, law enforcement officers of the Dezhou City Market Supervision Administration delivered the”Inspection Report” and other documents to the company and conducted on-site inspections in accordance with the law. After inspection, a total of 9.5 kilograms of apricot noodles were purchased in this batch of apricot noodles, and all the apricot noodles were sold.
   (3) Product control status. The Dezhou Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau required Leling Yuanhang Food Supermarket to immediately issue a recall statement for the unqualified food, and no consumers returned the product.
  3. Pork hind legs operated by Zhenlin Non-staple Food Shopping Center in Houji Town, Cao County
   (1) Basic situation of random inspection. On November 11, 2020, the Henan Provincial Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute conducted a supervision and sampling inspection of pig hind legs operated by Zhenlin Non-staple Food Shopping Center in Houji Town, Cao County. After sampling inspection, the enrofloxacin project did not meet the requirements of GB 31650-2019″National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limits of Veterinary Drugs in Food”, and the inspection conclusion was unqualified.
   (2) Sales status. On December 17, 2020, the Cao County Market Supervision Administration delivered the”Inspection Report” and other documents to the Zhenlin Non-staple Food Shopping Center in Houji Town, Cao County and conducted on-site inspections in accordance with the law. After inspection, a total of 2.5 kilograms of pig hind legs were purchased and all sold. On-site inspection did not find this batch of pig hind legs.
   (3) Product control status. Cao County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau asked Zhenlin Non-staple Food Shopping Center in Houji Town, Cao County to immediately issue a recall statement for the unqualified food, and no consumers returned the product.
