Recently, the Nanjing Municipal Market Supervision Administration has completed 597 batches of food safety supervision and sampling tasks at the city level, involving processed food products, edible oil, grease and their products, seasonings, quick-frozen food, vegetable products, aquatic products, starch and starch products , Soy products, catering food and edible agricultural products. According to the national food safety standard inspection and judgment, 588 batches of qualified samples and 9 batches of unqualified samples for sampling inspection items are notified as follows:

  1. The coliform bacteria used in the reusable tableware (chopsticks) used in the Jingyishun restaurant in Jianye District, Nanjing did not meet the food safety standards. The inspection agency is the Nanjing Customs Animal, Plant and Food Inspection Center.
   2. The sulfonamides (total amount) of the eggs sold at the Lao Niu Huang Beef Hot Pot Restaurant in Jianye District, Nanjing City do not meet the food safety standards. The inspection agency is the Nanjing Customs Animal, Plant and Food Inspection Center.
  3. Nominal reusable tableware (chopsticks) produced by Nanjing Yinfeng Tableware Cleaning and Disinfection Co., Ltd. used in Meiweixuan Private Restaurant, Jiangning District, Nanjing, anionic synthetic detergent (calculated as sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate) ) Does not meet the requirements of food safety standards. The inspection agency is Nanjing Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.
  4. Ethyl maltol, which is the edible plant blending oil produced by Chongqing Chubo Food Development Co., Ltd., used in Dongzikou Hot Pot Restaurant, Yuhuatai District, Nanjing City, does not meet food safety standards.   5. The reusable tableware (dishes) and anionic synthetic detergents (calculated as sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate) used by Nanjing Guguajiao Catering Management Co., Ltd. do not meet the requirements of food safety standards. The inspection agency is Jiangsu Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.
  6. Nominal potato flour (wet potato vermicelli) produced by Zhuoma Foods Factory in Yibin District, Luoyang City, sold by Nanjing Jingge Catering Management Co., Ltd.   7. The reusable tableware (bowl) and anionic synthetic detergent (calculated as sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate) used in Chuanxiangju Hotpot Restaurant in Pukou District, Nanjing City do not meet the food safety standards. The inspection agency is Jiangsu Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.

The tomato base material (semi-solid seasoning) produced by Chongqing Dingjiuhong Food Co., Ltd., and dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (calculated as dehydroacetic acid) sold at Chuanxinba restaurant in Qinhuai District Comply with food safety standards. The inspection agency is Jiangsu Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.
  9. The reusable tableware (bowl) and anionic synthetic detergent (calculated as sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate) used in the Jiu La Hot Pot Restaurant in Jiangbei New District, Nanjing City do not meet the food safety standards. The inspection agency is Jiangsu Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.

Regarding the unqualified food found in the supervision and random inspection, our bureau has instructed the relevant district bureaus to immediately organize the disposal work, and take measures such as removing the unqualified food from the shelves to control risks; to deal with violations of laws and regulations in accordance with the law; to timely prevent the risks taken by the enterprise The control measures and verification and disposal conditions are disclosed to the public.
