Recently, the Jiangxi Provincial Market Supervision Administration organized a food safety supervision and random inspection of edible agricultural products and condiments, a total of 157 batches of food were found to be unqualified, involving pesticide and veterinary drug residues. The specific situation is now announced as follows:
1. Overall situation:157 batches of food in 2 categories were sampled this time. Among them, 137 batches of edible agricultural products, 135 batches of qualified and 2 batches of unqualified; 20 batches of condiments and 20 batches of qualified. Pesticide and veterinary drug residue problem
1. Enrofloxacin does not meet the national food safety standards for flat fish sold by Yumancang Aquatic Products Management Department, Xihu District, Nanchang City. The inspection agency is Jiangxi Provincial Food Inspection and Testing Research Institute.
2. Sodium 4-chlorophenoxyacetate sold by the bean sprouts of Wannian County Yizilian Commercial Food Store does not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Jiangxi Provincial Food Inspection and Testing Research Institute.
Regarding the unqualified food found in the random inspection, the Jiangxi Provincial Market Supervision Administration has notified the relevant market supervision department to deal with it in accordance with the law. The local market supervision department has ordered the relevant units in the food production and operation link to immediately take measures to check the product flow, stop selling, remove the shelves, and recall the risk to control risks, and report the verified purchase channels and origin information to the relevant management departments. At present, some relevant units involved have been investigated according to law.
