   The”Notice on the Unqualified Sampling Inspection of Five Batches of Food” issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation (No. 6 of 2021), concerning one batch of unqualified food in our province, the results of the verification and disposal are now announced as follows:< /div>

  1. Basic situation of random inspection
   The summer season of Taobao (operated by Tengfu Food Store, Xingning City, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province) is sold on (online shop), and is nominally distributed by Shengda Youpin Food Co., Ltd., Puning City, Jieyang City, Guangdong Province The pollock fish sticks (spicy flavor) produced by Zhengzhou Hongxin Food Co., Ltd. in Henan Province was inspected by Qingdao Huace Testing Technology Co., Ltd. and found that the N-dimethylnitrosamine detection value did not meet the food safety national standard regulation. Zhengzhou Hongxin Food Co., Ltd. raised objections to the inspection results and applied for re-inspection; after re-inspection by the Comprehensive Inspection Center of the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine, the initial inspection conclusion was maintained.
   2. Investigation and punishment of illegal activities
   After investigation, Zhengzhou Hongxin Food Co., Ltd. produced 5 pieces of pollock fish sticks (spicy flavor) in this batch on May 11, 2020, and more than 20 bags (specification 50 bags/piece), 5 have been sold Pieces, the selling price is 50 yuan/piece, all sold to Puning Shengda Youpin Food Co., Ltd., 6 bags of product samples, the sale value is 250 yuan, and the illegal income is 250 yuan. The remaining 14 bags of the company have been destroyed.
   The pollock fish sticks (spicy flavor) produced and operated by Zhengzhou Hongxin Food Co., Ltd., after national food safety sampling inspection, N-dimethylnitrosamine seriously exceeded the”National Food Safety Standard Food Contaminants Limits” (GB2762-2017) Standard indicators. Pursuant to Article 149 of the Food Safety Law, the Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate’s Interpretation on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws in Handling Criminal Cases Endangering Food Safety, Article 1 (1),”Production and sales of non-compliant food Foods with safety standards, in any of the following circumstances, shall be deemed to be “enough to cause serious food poisoning accidents or other serious food-borne diseases” as stipulated in Article 143 of the Criminal Law:(1) Containing severely exceeding the standard limit Pathogenic microorganisms, pesticide residues, drug residues, heavy metals, pollutants, and other substances that endanger human health”, Article 22 of the”Administrative Punishment Law of the People’s Republic of China” and”Regulations on the transfer of suspected criminal cases by administrative law enforcement agencies” According to Article 3, Zhengzhou Municipal Market Supervision Administration has transferred the case to Dengfeng Public Security Bureau on November 11, 2020.
  3. Cause investigation and enterprise rectification situation
   After analysis, the reason for the unqualified batch of pollock fish sticks (spicy flavor) is that the raw materials are not strictly controlled. Corrective measures:immediately stop the production of pollock fish sticks (spicy flavor), investigate and analyze the causes of unqualified; timely take recall measures; strictly control the quality of raw materials and implement inspection systems; improve storage conditions, install ultraviolet lamps and use ozone machine. The local regulatory authority has reviewed and accepted the implementation of the company’s rectification measures.
