Sampling inspection items include 1376 batches of qualified samples and 18 batches of unqualified samples.
  8 batches of samples detected food additive problems
   Among the unqualified samples, 8 batches of samples were found to have food additives. Among them, two batches of samples were found to be inconsistent with the national food safety standards. They were:Banmei sold by Jiagou Non-staple Food Sales Department in Kaizhou District and nominally produced by Guangdong Weimei Orchard Food Co., Ltd.; Zhongxian County Braised duck feet sold at Guo’s Noodle Shop.
  Carmine and its aluminum lake is a synthetic edible coloring agent. Its use range and use limit in foods must be strictly in accordance with the national standard”National Food Safety Standard Food Additive Use Standard” (GB 2760-2014 ), the standard stipulates that the maximum use amount of carmine and its aluminum lake in candied fruits is 0.05g/kg.
   In addition, the aluminum residue (dry sample, calculated as Al) found in the fried dough sticks sold at Luoxia Rice Noodle Store in Fengjie County did not meet the national food safety standards.
  Aluminum in food is mainly derived from added improvers and leavening agents (alum). Its main ingredients are potassium aluminum sulfate and ammonium aluminum sulfate, which make the fried noodles more fluffy after being added. According to the provisions of GB 2760-2014″National Food Safety Standard Food Additives Use Standard”, the residual amount of aluminum in fried noodle products is ≤100mg/kg. The accumulation of aluminum in the body can reduce memory, suppress immune function and block nerve conduction. In addition, the accumulation of aluminum in the body will increase the burden on the kidneys and cause damage to the kidneys.

  2 batches of samples detected microbial contamination problems
   Among the unqualified samples, two batches of samples were found to have microbial contamination problems. They were:the total number of bacteria detected in the strange flavored beans sold at Yuweixuan Food Store in Jiangbei District and produced by Chongqing Jinyun Food Co., Ltd.   4 batches of samples detected pesticide and veterinary drug residues
   Among the unqualified samples, 4 batches of samples were found to have pesticide and veterinary drug residues. Among them, the three yellow chickens sold by Xu Jianan at stalls 194 and 195 of the Diecai Xicheng Comprehensive Market, No. 69, Banshan 1 Village, Zhongliangshan, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing, from the animal product processing plant of the Yongyi Slaughterhouse detected sulfonamides (total amount) not in compliance National Food Safety Standards; Nicarbazine was found to be inconsistent with national food safety standards from chicken legs sold by Zheng Xianghua, No. 40, Hezhou Market West District, Heyang Office, Hechuan District, Chongqing, from the animal product processing plant of Yongyi Slaughterhouse.
   According to the”GB 31650-2019 National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limits of Veterinary Drugs in Food”, the total amount of sulfonamides in all food animals (prohibited during laying period) should not exceed 100μg/kg; Nicarbazine is used in chickens The maximum residue limit in the muscle is 200μg/kg.
   Also, the cowpea sold by the Brothers Vegetable Wholesale Department in Tongliang District found that omethoate did not meet the national food safety standards.
  Omethoate is an organophosphorus insecticide with strong systemic, contact killing and stomach toxicity. It is mainly used to control sucking mouthparts and plant mites. The National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limit of Pesticides in Food (GB 2763-2019) stipulates that the maximum residue limit of omethoate in legumes and vegetables is 0.02mg/kg.
   In addition, the chloramphenicol found in the stewed duck wing roots (broiled duck meat) sold in Jiajing Old Hotpot Restaurant in Bishan District did not meet the relevant national regulations.
  Chloramphenicol is a kind of bactericide and a high-efficiency broad-spectrum antibiotic. It has a good inhibitory effect on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. The”List of Drugs and Other Compounds Prohibited in Food Animals” (Announcement No. 250 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs) stipulates that chloramphenicol is a drug that is prohibited from use in food animals.
   In addition to the above products, there are 4 batches of samples that were found to be unqualified in other indicators.
