  8 batches of food detected microbial contamination problems
   8 batches of food were found to have microbial contamination problems. They were the Yijiashan spring natural spring water from Suiyang Hongruiyun Panshan Mountain Spring Water Co., Ltd., sold by Hujun Bottled Water Store in Suiyang County.    Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a conditional pathogen, widely distributed in various water, air, normal human skin, respiratory tract and intestinal tract, etc. It is easy to survive in a humid environment, and is resistant to disinfectants, ultraviolet rays, etc. Strong resistance is a health risk for people with weak resistance.”National Food Safety Standard for Packaged Drinking Water” (GB 19298-2014) stipulates that Pseudomonas aeruginosa in packaged drinking water shall not be detected for 5 times. The main reason for the unqualified Pseudomonas aeruginosa in packaged drinking water may be improper protection of the source water and pollution of the water body; inadequate supervision of environmental sanitation by some enterprises, insufficient standard operation of staff, and cross-contamination in the production process; or packaging Material cleaning and disinfection are caused by defects.
   Coliform is one of the commonly used indicator bacteria for food contamination at home and abroad. Food and tableware with excessive coliform bacteria may cause food contamination. The”National Food Safety Standard Sterilized Meal (Drinking) Utensils” (GB 14934-2016) stipulates that coliforms must not be detected in sterilized meal (drinking) utensils. The reason for the detection of coliform bacteria in sterilized tableware (drinking) may be environmental pollution of the tableware during storage, or incomplete sterilization.
   2 batches of food detected pesticide residues
   Two batches of foods with pesticide residues were detected. They were celery sold at booth A64-65 (operator:Huang Feng) in the Baiyun Comprehensive Market, Dashandong, Baiyun District, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province.   Chlorpyrifos, also known as chlorpyrifos, is currently one of the most widely used organophosphate insecticides in the world, with functions such as contact killing, stomach poisoning and fumigation. The National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limit of Pesticides in Food (GB 2763-2019) stipulates that the maximum residue limit of chlorpyrifos in celery is 0.05mg/kg, and the maximum residue limit in ordinary cabbage is 0.1mg/kg. The reason for exceeding the standard of chlorpyrifos in vegetables may be the excessive application by growers or the failure to implement the safety interval regulations for pesticide use. A small amount of pesticide residues will not cause acute human poisoning, but long-term consumption of food with excessive pesticide residues will have a certain impact on human health.
  3 batches of food detected heavy metal contamination problem
   Three batches of foods were found to have heavy metal pollution problems. They were the bamboo fungus produced by Guiyang Xingfa Natural Food Co., Ltd. After inspection by the Guizhou Provincial Product Quality Inspection and Testing Institute, it was found that cadmium (calculated as Cd) did not meet the food National safety standards; cadmium (calculated in Cd) for mushrooms sold by Anshun Zhangli Vegetable Trading Co., Ltd. does not meet the requirements of national food safety standards; small peppers sold by Xie Kaiqing Vegetable Wholesale Department in Honghuagang District, cadmium (calculated in Cd) does not Meet the requirements of national food safety standards.
  Cadmium is one of the most common heavy metal pollutants.”National Food Safety Standards Limits of Contaminants in Foods” (GB 2762-2017) stipulates that the limit of cadmium in fresh vegetables (leaf vegetables, legumes, root and tuber vegetables, stem vegetables, day lily) is 0.05mg /kg; The limit of cadmium in shiitake mushrooms is 0.5mg/kg. The main reason for the excessive cadmium in the product is the accumulation of cadmium in the environment during the planting of crops. The main hazard of cadmium to the human body is chronic accumulation. Long-term intake of food with excessive cadmium content may cause kidney and bone damage and other health hazards.

   Preservatives refer to natural or synthetic chemical ingredients used to delay or inhibit food spoilage caused by microorganisms. Common preservatives are benzoic acid and its sodium salt, sorbic acid and its sodium salt, etc. The”National Food Safety Standard Food Additives Use Standard” (GB 2760-2014) stipulates the types, usage or residual amounts of additives that are allowed to be added to food in my country, and stipulates that when preservatives are used in combination, their respective amounts account for the largest The sum of the proportions of usage should not exceed 1. The reason for the excess peroxide value may be that the company does not strictly control the raw materials, or the environmental conditions of the product are not properly controlled during storage and transportation. Peroxide value generally does not harm human health, but in severe cases it can cause gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea and other symptoms.
