Putin allows the Russian government to decide when to set food price caps and control periods

   China-Russia Information Network Moscow:Russian”Kommersant” reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin recently signed a law to relax the Russian government’s 90-day regulation on foods whose prices have increased by more than 30%(inclusive) , The government can decide on its own when to set food price caps and regulatory periods, and compile a list of socially significant foods subject to price regulation, including meat, poultry, fish, fat, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, tea, Cereals and vegetables etc.
