In order to implement the State Council’s reform spirit of “decentralization, regulation and service” and stabilize foreign trade decision-making and deployment, fulfill the obligations of the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade, and facilitate the import of pesticides Export trade and improve the efficiency of customs clearance. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the”Customs Law of the People’s Republic of China” and”Pesticide Management Regulations”, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the General Administration of Customs have formulated measures to optimize pesticide import and export management services and plan to jointly issue an announcement. We have revised some of the contents on the basis of the previous consultations, and we are now again seeking public opinions. If you have any comments, please give feedback before February 5, 2021.
