These standards involve product or raw material standards, testing method standards, regulations and standards, etc. Among them, industry standards involve aquatic product standards, agricultural standards, hygiene standards, light industry standards, chemical standards, machinery industry standards, certification and accreditation industry standards, and entry-exit inspection and quarantine industry standards. Local standards involve Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Guangdong, Chongqing, Yunnan, Guizhou, Gansu, Guangxi, Hainan, Hubei, Hunan, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Shaanxi, Sichuan, etc.

GB2763-2019 covers 7107 limit standards for 11 categories of agricultural products. Compared with the 2016 version, it has increased the maximum residue limits of 2967 pesticides. It has revised the 28 pesticides with the largest pesticides in wheat and Daisenlian in pepper. Residue limits, and stipulated 703 maximum residue limits for 109 pesticides in 27 kinds of animal-derived agricultural products consumed daily by residents, including meat, eggs, and milk.
GB 31650-2019 stipulates the 2191 residue limits and use requirements of 267 kinds (classes) of veterinary drugs in livestock and poultry products, aquatic products, and bee products, which basically cover the common veterinary drugs and main food animals and organizations in China. The construction of my country’s veterinary drug residue standard system has entered a new stage. GB31650 includes veterinary drugs that have been approved for maximum residue limits in animal foods; veterinary drugs that are allowed to be used in food animals but do not require a residue limit; veterinary drugs that are allowed for therapeutic use but must not be detected in animal foods. The drugs prohibited in the Announcement No. 235 of the former Ministry of Agriculture, that is, the list of drugs that cannot be detected in animal foods, will be separately released in the form of the announcement of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (Announcement No. 250).
