Gansu Province establishes a system for regular sharing of food safety statistics from member units of the Provincial Food Safety Commission

   In order to realize data sharing, strengthen food safety risk communication between departments, and further promote the modernization of food safety governance systems and governance capabilities, the Gansu Provincial Food Safety Commission Office recently issued Documents, establish a regular sharing system of food safety statistics from member units of the Provincial Food Safety Commission.

The    system is clear, and the relevant member units of the Provincial Food Safety Commission shall regularly submit basic food safety data based on relevant responsibilities. The Provincial Food Safety Commission summarizes and regularly reports basic data for member units to share and use. After each member unit receives the notification from the Provincial Food Safety Commission Office or relevant member unit, it should organize a special force in time to analyze and judge the relevant data related to the unit’s responsibilities, research and put forward work recommendations to prevent and resolve hidden risks. The Provincial Food Safety Commission Office organized member units to hold a food safety situation analysis meeting, and carried out risk research, judgment, and discussion and exchanges based on the report data.

   Through regular collection, aggregation and notification of food safety work data, the utilization rate of food safety information resources will be further improved, and the value of information will be fully explored and used to enhance food safety in our province Work ability and level.
