EU revises regulations on the use of pigments in salmon substitutes

   On December 3, 2020, the European Union issued Regulation (EU) 2020/1819, amending (EC) No 1333/2008 Annex II on the use of pigments in salmon substitutes.

  (EC) No 1333/2008 Annex II Part E Food Category 09.2″Processed fish and fishery products, including molluscs and crustaceans” amended as follows:
  (1) The entries in Group II and III are replaced with the following:
