  1.1.1 January-November imports of dry dairy products +8.3%to 2.02 million tons, liquid milk +12.3%to 950,000 tons
   From January to November 2020, my country imported a total of 2,972,500 tons of various dairy products, an increase of 9.5%year-on-year, and the import value was 10.687 billion US dollars, an increase of 4.5%year-on-year, which is equivalent to 17.12 million tons of fresh milk, +8.5%year-on-year ( 1:8 for dry products and 1:1 for liquid milk).
  Among them, imported dry dairy products were 2.0213 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 8.3%, imports were US$9.466 billion, a year-on-year increase of 3.3%, and imports of liquid milk were 951,200 tons, a year-on-year increase of 12.3%, and imports were US$1.221 billion, a year-on-year increase of 14.4%.
  From the perspective of the main imported categories, the import volume of large package powder and infant powder has decreased slightly, while the import volume of most other major categories, especially cream and whey, has increased greatly, and cheese and packaged milk have increased.    Large package of flour imported 900,700 tons, -2.1%year-on-year, imports were US$3.028 billion, +7.8%year-on-year, and the average price was US$3358/ton, +10.1%year-on-year, mainly from:New Zealand accounted for 71.6%, the EU accounted for 12.7%, Australia accounted for 7.6%.
  Baby powder imported 306,400 tons, -4.3%year-on-year, imports of US$4.615 billion, -4.5%year-on-year, and average price of US$15,062/ton, -0.1%year-on-year, mainly from:the EU accounted for 71.5%and New Zealand accounted for 20.8%.
   Milk Cheese Imports 117,700 tons, +11.5%year-on-year, imports 536 million US dollars, +12%year-on-year, average price 4559 US dollars/ton, +0.4%year-on-year, mainly from:New Zealand accounted for 56.4%, EU accounted for 21%, Australia accounted for 13.9%.
  Milk oil imports 106,900 tons, +34.3%year-on-year, imports 508 million US dollars, +16.7%year-on-year, and average price 4750 US dollars/ton, -13.1%year-on-year. Mainly from:New Zealand accounted for 82.8%, the European Union accounted for 13.7%.
  Milk Clearance Imports 567,600 tons, +38.6%year-on-year, imports 742 million US dollars, +33.6%year-on-year, and average prices are 1,308 US dollars/ton, -3.6%year-on-year. Mainly from:the EU accounted for 42.5%, the United States accounted for 39.5%, and Belarus accounted for 9.3%.
  Refined milk imports 21,000 tons, -32.5%year-on-year, imports 36 million US dollars, -28.2%year-on-year, average price 1,705 US dollars/ton, +6.3%year-on-year, mainly from:Australia accounted for 49.8%, the EU accounted for 42.2%, Malaysia accounted for 7.1%.
  Packaged milk imports 921,400 tons, +13%year-on-year, imports are 1.167 billion US dollars, +15.4%year-on-year, and the average price is US$1267/ton, +2.1%year-on-year. Mainly from the European Union accounted for 59.9%, New Zealand accounted for 29%, Australia accounted for 9.6%. The total annual import volume is expected to exceed 1 million tons.
  Live cattle imported 256,600 head, +40.1%year-on-year, of which 141,000 were from Australia, 91,100 from New Zealand, 13,300 from Chile, and 11,200 from Uruguay. Among imported live cattle, only 91,000 cattle were classified by customs, which was +51.1%year-on-year. Among them, 42,500 were from New Zealand, 37,300 from Australia, 10,200 from Uruguay, and 997 from Chile.
   From the single month of November 2020, the growth rate of imported dairy products has fallen. In November 2020, my country imported a total of 297,600 tons of various dairy products, a year-on-year increase of 9.1%, and imports of US$1.02 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 4.3%, which is equivalent to 1.64 million tons of fresh milk, which is only +1.6%year-on-year (dry products according to 1:1:8.   Among them, imported dry dairy products amounted to 191,200 tons, an increase of only 0.1%year-on-year, imports were US$871 million, -7.1%year-on-year, large package powder was -13.9%, infant formula powder was -15.8%; imported liquid milk was 106,300 tons , +30.3%year-on-year, and imports 131 million US dollars, +19.5%year-on-year.

   The export volume of Chinese dairy products is very small. For many years, the main export products have been the supply of Hong Kong milk to Guangdong. In recent years, exports have declined year by year. Infant formula has become the most important export product, and the main destinations are the same It’s Hong Kong.
   From January to November 2020, my country exported a total of 3,8612.59 tons of various dairy products, a decrease of 22%year-on-year. The export value was US$197 million, a decrease of 50.6%year-on-year; in November, my country exported a total of 3,309.98 tons of various dairy products, a year-on-year decrease of 27.2%, the export value was 159.08 million U.S. dollars, down 57.1%year-on-year.
  Dry dairy products The export of dry dairy products from January to November 2020 is 11,695.7 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 50.7%. The export value is US$168,143,600, a year-on-year decrease of 54.7%. There are three main categories, infant formula 6074.72 tons, accounting for 51.9%, condensed milk 2465.91 tons, accounting for 21.1%, and large packages of milk powder 1,386.84 tons, accounting for 11.9%.
  Liquid milk Exports of liquid milk from January to November 2020 amounted to 26916.9 tons, an increase of 4.6%year-on-year. The export value was US$29.012 million, an increase of 6.7%year-on-year. The main fresh milk was 22,511.26 tons, accounting for 83.6%.

  1.2.1 Hay imports from January to November 2020, my country’s imports of hay +6.5%to 1.536 million tons
  Holstein obtained statistics from China Customs. From January to November 2020, my country has imported 1.5362 million tons of hay, which is +6.49%year-on-year; the average price is US$359.06/ton, which is +5.35%year-on-year.

   In November, imported 191,200 tons of dry dairy products, an increase of 0.1%year-on-year, and imports of US$871 million, a year-on-year decrease of 7.1%. There are three main categories of products:75,700 tons of milk powder, accounting for 39.6%, and whey 6.13 10,000 tons, accounting for 32.1%, and 29,200 tons of infant supplies, accounting for 15.3%.

  According to China Customs statistics, from January to November 2020, China imported 567,600 tons of whey, an increase of 38.6%year-on-year. Imports amounted to US$742 million, an increase of 33.6%year-on-year. The average price was US$1,308/ton, a year-on-year decrease of 3.6%, 241,400 tons from the EU, accounting for 42.5%, an increase of 27.8%, 224,400 tons from the United States, accounting for 39.5%, an increase of 59.2%, 52,800 tons from Belarus, accounting for 9.3%, an increase of 58.7%.
   In November, China imported 61,300 tons of whey, a year-on-year increase of 47.8%. Imports amounted to US$70 million, a year-on-year increase of 43.1%. The average price was US$1,144/ton, a year-on-year decrease of 3.2%. It imported 29,100 tons from the United States. It accounted for 47.5%, a year-on-year increase of 68.3%, imported 18,100 tons from the EU, accounting for 29.6%, a year-on-year decrease of 1.8%, and imports from Belarus of 8,500 tons, accounting for 13.8%, a year-on-year increase of 202.9%.

  According to China Customs statistics, from January to November 2020, China imported a total of 117,700 tons of cheese, an increase of 11.5%year-on-year. Imports amounted to US$536 million, an increase of 12%year-on-year. The average price was US$4,559/ton, an increase of 0.4%year-on-year. .
   Among them, 66,400 tons were imported from New Zealand, accounting for 56.4%, an increase of 7.4%year-on-year, 24,700 tons from the EU, accounting for 21%, an increase of 34%year-on-year, and 16,300 tons from Australia, accounting for 13.9%, an increase year-on-year 2.3%, imported 6,800 tons from the United States, accounting for 5.7%, a year-on-year decrease of 1.7%.
   In November, China imported 11,700 tons of cheese, a year-on-year increase of 1.7%. Imports amounted to US$52 million, a year-on-year decrease of 0.1%. The average price was US$4,480/ton, a year-on-year decrease of 1.8%.
   Among them, 6500 tons were imported from New Zealand, accounting for 55.2%, a year-on-year decrease of 10.5%, 2900 tons from the EU, accounting for 25.1%, an increase of 44%year-on-year, and 15,000 tons from Australia, accounting for 12.5%, an increase year-on-year 3.7%, imported 6,000 tons from the United States, accounting for 4.8%, a year-on-year decrease of 2.9%.

  2.1.5 Cream imported from January to November +34.3%to 106,900 tons, the price is -13.1%year-on-year
  According to China Customs statistics, from January to November 2020, China imported a total of 106,900 tons of butter, an increase of 34.3%year-on-year. Imports amounted to US$508 million, a year-on-year increase of 16.7%. The average price was US$4,750/ton, a year-on-year decrease of 13.1%. .
   Among them, 88,500 tons were imported from New Zealand, accounting for 82.8%, an increase of 33.3%year-on-year, and 14,600 tons were imported from the EU, accounting for 13.7%, an increase of 35.7%year-on-year.
   In November, China imported 11,000 tons of butter, a year-on-year decrease of 7.9%. Imports amounted to US$45 million, a year-on-year decrease of 24.5%. The average price was US$4095/ton, a year-on-year decrease of 18%.
   Among them, 93,000 tons were imported from New Zealand, accounting for 84.7%, a year-on-year decrease of 8.9%, and 10,000 tons imported from the EU, accounting for 9.2%, were a year-on-year decrease of 35.2%.

   Among them, 219,000 tons were imported from the EU, accounting for 71.5%, and -4.2%year-on-year, New Zealand was 63,800 tons, accounting for 20.8%, and -0.9%year-on-year, and 10,600 tons were imported from Australia, accounting for 3.4%, and -12%year-on-year. .
   In November, China imported a total of 29,200 tons of infant supplies, a year-on-year decrease of 15.7%. Imports amounted to US$442 million, a year-on-year decrease of 8%. The average price was US$15,126/ton, a year-on-year increase of 9.2%.

  Among them, 552,000 tons were imported from the EU, accounting for 59.9%, an increase of 24.3%year-on-year, 266,900 tons from New Zealand, accounting for 29%, an increase of 3.6%year-on-year, and 88,700 tons from Australia, accounting for 9.6%, a year-on-year decrease 8.3%.
   In November, China imported 104,300 tons of fresh milk, a year-on-year increase of 31.5%. Imports were US$127 million, a year-on-year increase of 20.3%. The average price was US$1,219/ton, a year-on-year decrease of 8.5%.
   Among them, 63,900 tons were imported from the European Union, accounting for 61.2%, an increase of 42.3%, 30,600 tons from New Zealand, accounting for 29.3%, an increase of 25.1%, and 8,600 tons from Australia, accounting for 8.3%, an increase 2.6%.

  3.1.3 January-November imports of yogurt -5.8%to 29,800 tons, the price is +2.8%year-on-year
  According to China Customs statistics, from January to November 2020, China imported 29,800 tons of yogurt, a year-on-year decrease of 5.8%. Imports amounted to US$54 million, down 3.2%year-on-year. The average price was US$1,797/ton, up 2.8%year-on-year .
  Among them, 25,800 tons were imported from the EU, accounting for 86.4%, a year-on-year decrease of 11.5%, and 3,100 tons from New Zealand, accounting for 10.5%, an increase of 132.3%year-on-year.
   In November, China imported a total of 2 million tons of yogurt, a year-on-year decrease of 12.7%. The import value was US$4 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 1.7%. The average price was US$1991/ton, a year-on-year increase of 12.6%.
   Among them, imports from the EU were 17,000 tons, accounting for 82.8%, a year-on-year decrease of 9.4%, and imports from New Zealand were 30,000 tons, accounting for 14.1%, a year-on-year decrease of 31.1%.

  According to the data provided by China Customs, from January to November 2020, a total of 256,600 heads of breeding cattle were imported, an increase of 40.1%year-on-year, and the average price was US$1,829 per head, an increase of 9.1%year-on-year. Among them, 141,000 were from Australia, 91,100 from New Zealand, 13,300 from Chile, and 11,200 from Uruguay.
  The number of imported live cattle classified by the customs is only 91,000, +51.1%year-on-year, of which 42,500 are from New Zealand, 37,300 from Australia, 10,200 from Uruguay, and 997 from Chile.
   21,300 heads of live cattle were imported in October, a year-on-year increase of 63%. The average price was US$1994 per head, a year-on-year increase of 15.6%. Among them, 7,200 were from Australia, 14,100 from New Zealand, and Chile and Uruguay from South America did not import.
   The supply of cattle available for export to China in the international market is tight, and prices continue to rise. The only countries that can export live cattle to China are Australia and New Zealand in Oceania, and Uruguay and Chile in South America. China’s vigorous pasture construction has greatly increased the demand for imported breeding cattle. Previously, Oceania, the main source of imported live cattle, was tight, and imported live cattle from South America increased.

  4.2.1 Beef frozen semen imports from January to November +53.3%to $55 million
