The overall pass rate was 95.62%, compared with 2019. Over the same period, there was an increase of 0.33%, and the quality and safety status was basically stable.
  Sampling inspections of various foods:100%pass rate of 8 categories of foods including potato and puffed foods, egg products, health foods, special dietary foods, infant formula foods, and food additives; processed food products, edible oils, fats And its products, biscuits, confectionery products, tea and related products, soy products and other 15 categories of food pass rate reached more than 98%; bee products, condiments, frozen drinks, starch and starch products, fruit products, vegetable products, etc. more than 90 percent.   The main problems found in random inspections:First, 4333 items of microbial contaminated food were detected, accounting for 57.61%of the total number of unqualified foods; second, 1745 items of non-edible substances were detected as substandard food, accounting for 23.20%of the total unqualified foods ; The third is the detection of 705 substandard foods in agricultural and veterinary drug items, accounting for 9.37%of the total number of substandard foods; the fourth is the detection of 439 sub-range and over-dose food additives, accounting for 5.84%of the total number of substandard foods ; Fifth, 267 items of unqualified food were detected, accounting for 3.55%of the total number of unqualified foods; sixth, 32 items of heavy metal contaminated food were detected, accounting for 0.43%of the total number of unqualified foods.
   In response to the problems found in the above supervision and random inspections, the market supervision departments at all levels have urged the producers and operators to immediately seal up, remove the shelves and recall the unqualified products, find the cause of the problem in a timely manner, resolve the risks, and increase the follow-up and random inspection efforts to prevent and control food Security Risk.
